1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Nenastoto platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Nenastoto ("Platform"). This document takes effect as soon as you register an account or access any part of our Platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the Platform. Nenastoto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use Nenastoto services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. Nenastoto reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or closure.

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Registering under your own name with accurate and truthful information.
• Not located in a region or country where online betting is prohibited.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Nenastoto employee.
• Holding a valid bank account or digital wallet in your own name for transaction purposes.
• Not holding any other active Nenastoto account — only one account is permitted per individual.

3 Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Nenastoto enforces a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure account security and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities.

• Full name as stated on your identification card or passport.
• An active phone number registered in your own name for OTP verification.
• A valid and active email address.
• Bank account or digital wallet details for withdrawal.
• For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) are required.

The KYC verification process takes under 10 minutes and can be completed entirely within the platform or mobile app. Unverified accounts may have temporary withdrawal limits. Nenastoto reserves the right to request additional documents for further verification.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Nenastoto accepts a variety of payment methods popular in Malaysia. All deposits are credited automatically in under 30 seconds. Withdrawals are processed promptly after verification, subject to compliance with the stated requirements.

• Accepted deposit methods: DuitNow, TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and USDT.
• Minimum deposit: RM 20 for local bank methods; USDT equivalent to USD 5.
• DuitNow and Touch 'n Go withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 banking hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Deposits made using third-party methods or on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Nenastoto offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus carries specific terms and rollover requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with each promotion's terms.
• Each bonus has a validity period clearly stated on the promotions page.
• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount, depending on the type of promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new account.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 or on certain games may not count toward rollover fulfillment.
• Nenastoto reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there is evidence of fraud or abuse.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed at Nenastoto are subject to the following rules. Nenastoto reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds, on concluded matches, or under other exceptional circumstances.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under conditions specified by Nenastoto.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded unless the event resumes within 48 hours.
• Odds may change until the bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at the time of placement are the odds that apply.
• The Cash Out feature is available for selected bets and allows early settlement before an event concludes.
• Fulfilling bonus requirements using hedging or arbitrage betting strategies is not permitted.
• Any attempt to manipulate markets, including systematically match betting for bonus gain, is a violation of these terms.

7 Responsible Platform Usage

You agree to use the Nenastoto Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any use intended to defraud, exploit system vulnerabilities, or harm other users is prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of Nenastoto's systems is strictly prohibited.
• Using a VPN or IP-masking software to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or suspicious fund transfers is strictly prohibited.
• Nenastoto reserves the right to monitor account activity to detect unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

8 Inactive Account

Nenastoto accounts showing no login, deposit, or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. Nenastoto will send a notification to the registered email address before any inactivity charges are applied.

• After 12 months of inactivity, a first notification will be sent via email.
• After 15 months of inactivity, an administrative fee of RM 10 per month may be charged against the account balance.
• Charges will not exceed the current account balance — accounts will not fall into negative value.
• Accounts reactivated after an inactive period will be restored to normal status.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Nenastoto also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice under certain circumstances to protect the integrity of the Platform.

• Account closure upon member request will be processed within 3 business days.
• Valid balances will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Nenastoto reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts suspected of fraud, identity theft, or bonus abuse.
• Wins obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of terms will be fully forfeited.
• Members who choose self-exclusion will not be able to re-register for the duration of the specified period.

10 Limitation of Liability

Nenastoto provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption at all times. Nenastoto is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.

• Nenastoto is not liable for losses caused by internet connection failures or user device issues.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting bet outcomes, Nenastoto will review the case and make a fair decision.
• Nenastoto is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from negligence in safeguarding your password.

11 Terms and Conditions Amendment

Nenastoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

• The date of the latest amendment will always be displayed at the top of this document.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• Members who disagree with the updated terms may close their account before the changes take effect.
